I highly recommend Ellen Poland as a babysitter. She has watched my son (current age is 22 months) on and off for the past year or so. Ellen is always cheerful and engages so well with young children. She is intelligent and knows how to create educational activities for my son to assist with his interests, speech, gross and fine motor development.
I can trust Ellen to follow my directions in regards to routine times, food etc.
