Hi! I’m originally from Vancouver, Canada, and I’ve been living in Perth since 2015. I’m really into sports and being active—these days I’m mainly kitesurfing and lifting weights, but I grew up playing soccer, softball, and snowboarding. I also love flying my drone, camping, doing arts and crafts, and getting stuck into a good board game. I’m super outgoing and love the outdoors—an afternoon at the park or a beach sunset is my kind of fun. I’m looking for babysitting work because I’m basically a big kid at heart! I love playing, being silly, and hanging out with kids. I come from a family of teachers—my mum and sister both teach—and I’ve always felt teaching and guiding others comes naturally to me too. My previous experience included working as a self-employed Nutritionist, and as a Personal Trainer for ten years. Another relevant job I had was working as a Snowboard Instructor. One of the most rewarding things I’ve done was teaching a non-verbal autistic child how to snowboard over several months, after completing a certification to do so. It taught me a lot about patience, creativity, and how every child learns differently. I’d love to be a fun, calm, reliable presence in your home—and someone your kids can laugh with, learn from, and feel safe around.
