Hi families! My name is Kaitlin. I'm 24 years old currently toward the end of my Primary Education degree at Macquarie University. I have a deep passion for working with children and have been lucky to pursue roles across swim teaching, OSHC, babysitting, nannying, and tutoring. Working with children has been the most rewarding, healing, and enriching parts of my life, allowing me to make a positive impact while learning from each unique personality I encounter. My journey toward Primary Education comes from a blend of passions and experiences that continually inspire me. Working with children and seeing how they learn and grow has only strengthened my commitment to making each moment we share positive and meaningful. I'm dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, loving, and fun environment where children can learn, grow, and feel valued. I love engaging children through activities that spark their interests, creativity, and curiosity, whether it's through arts and crafts, outdoor play, or exploring books together. I have experience working with children of all ages and abilities, including specialised experience with children with disabilities, neurodivergent children, and children with mental health needs. My work with these children has enriched my understanding of all children and their unique strengths, ways of expressing themselves, and individual needs. These experiences have deepened my passion for supporting all children and given me invaluable tools to provide the care, patience, and flexibility each child deserves. I ensure that every child feels heard, supported, respected, and valued, regardless of their individual circumstances. I'm reliable, patient, and committed to giving each child the best care possible, making sure they feel happy, safe, and comfortable in my care. I'm attentive to each child’s well-being and make safety a priority in everything we do. I strive to provide consistent, thoughtful care that meets each family’s unique needs.
