Hello parents, my name is Karen, better known as "Kad" to children and my family. I’m a mature Australian woman, with a love and respect for all cultures. I have raised my own family of which are young adults now. I live close to beautiful parks, lakes and gardens and enjoy nature and the outdoor. I previously took care of 2 children, a girl aged 10, a boy aged 7 and 1 beautiful young lady aged 22 who has a disability. this time, Karen formed a wonderful rapport with my daughter spending time doing activities such as playing, crafting and reading. Karen prepared breakfast and lunch for my daughter, helped her dress and brush her hair. Karen’s warm and kind energy allowed my daughter to feel at ease immediately when I left the house.
Karen’s effective communication and professional approach to her work made her a great fit for our family and the type of care that we required for our daughter.
